RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is our mission to provide superior clothing and accessories that you will LOVE forever! However, we understand that a return may be necessary, so let's make it easy. if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily give you store credit or refund* the item within 10 days of delivery.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us with 48 hours of receiving the merchandise and we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.
• Some items purchased under a promotion may be final sale and will not be eligible for return.
• All returned merchandise must be received by LoveIBA in its original condition, unworn and will all tags attached.
• Returned that are altered will not be accepted.
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Items purchase in store must be returned to the store.
• Items purchase online can be returned by mail or to the store.
For USA and Canada customers please return items within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for return. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice, the cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility. We can provide you with a prepared PDF shipping label. Should you use our shipping label for a return, $5.00 might be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
For all other international customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewelry or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
We only offer exchanges at the store right now and it is subject to item availability. However, you can return your item to us for a store credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via email at email@example.com, stating the order number and further details of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.
By logging your return through the portal and sending it back to us using the label provided, you should receive your refund within 2 weeks.
The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your loveiba.com account.
Eligible returns will be issued a refund for its purchase price only.
Your return gets processed by our returns center and your refund is then processed. If you do not receive notification that we have got your parcel at our warehouse within 28 days of sending it back to us, please give us a shout by emailing us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. All furniture is thoroughly inspected at several key points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure it is received in good condition. If you are picking your furniture up yourself from one of our showrooms, we encourage you to inspect the items before taking possession. Due to the care we put forth for every order, we are unfortunately unable to process returns or refunds once merchandise has been accepted. If you have concerns about your order, you may cancel anytime up to the day of pick-up or delivery.
In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a customer care representative immediately. For furniture, arrangements will be made for a qualified repair technician to come to your home and correct the damage if possible. For home decor, arrangements will be made to exchange the item. Please note that we reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
Free Shipping Products
Free shipping products are ground-shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers. In this case, we will accept a return of this merchandise if you are not satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that parts of your merchandise arrive damaged, we will attempt to provide replacement parts as quickly as possible. If they are unavailable, we will replace the item for no charge.
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
• Only items labeled "Free Shipping" qualify for return.
• A return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) by calling our Customer Care Center at 1 (347) 994-9834.
• Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Assembled or modified items are unable to be returned.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise total will be applied to returned items.
Area Rugs and Lighting
Area rug and Lighting exchanges and returns are handled by contacting our customer care department at 1 (347) 994-9834.
Please note: all returns for accommodations require a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping fees and surcharges will not be refunded. Must be in original condition and with original packaging.

1. Two returns per customer allowed for store credit or refund.
2. Any returns that are worn, soiled or damaged will not be accepted and may be returned to you.
* Please note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly bras and some, but not all, girdles and panties) are considered "FINAL SALE" which means we are unable to accept them for return unless they are faulty or in the original package, unworn, unwashed and all item(s) tags must be attached. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages, and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart prior to starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are considered the final sale.
